La Mirage is an attractive midrise 4-story condominium complex positioned on a corner lot centrally located on Ocean Boulevard directly across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. Newly renovated in 2009 with many updated features including new hardy plank siding, wifi wireless internet access throughout, and state of the art camera surveillance system (just to name a few). Plenty of on-site parking available (parking pass provided) without the hassle of a crowded parking garage. Public transportation is also available with shuttle transit stops directly in front of the building.
About the unit...
Our ground level location provides easy access to the condo with no waiting for busy elevators, and the convenience to walk right directly into the unit without hauling heavy luggage and/or golf clubs up and down a flight of stairs. This spacious 750 square feet floor plan has master bed room with queen sized bed, guest bedroom with double bunk bed, full size kitchen with all major appliances, living room with sleeper sofa and love seat, dining area with 4-seat table, one full bath with shower/tub combo and one half bath with washer/dryer in the next room. The living room opens out to a private balcony with ocean view where you can take in the fresh ocean breezes and overlook the famous "Ocean Boulevard."
We have installed clean carpet throughout the unit with linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms which provide a clean look that is also comfortable underfoot.
